Production scale

Every year, we are capable of producing 120 million sugar waffle cones and over 3,500 tons of cookies.

He has many years of experience in the production and development of B2B businesses, as well as in finance, management and accounting reporting, and corporate finance. He is a graduate of the UCU Business School MBA program and a participant in the Stanford Ignite Ukraine program. He focuses on strategic development, scaling, and entering international markets.
Mykola Kobetiak
Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer
Has over 20 years of experience in the food industry, having progressed from initial roles to managing large factory production and optimizing operations. Focuses on efficient production, R&D, operations development, and ensuring high product quality.
Andriy Hadyo
Production Director
A specialist with many years of experience in the food industry. Master's degree from Lviv Polytechnic National University, certified Lean Yellow Belt (Lean Institute Ukraine). He has worked his way up from production line operator to production director at one of Ukraine's leading bakery product manufacturers. Specializes in production process management and operational efficiency improvement.
