Nova Food made it into Forbes Ukraine's NEXT 250 list

Nova Food produces waffle cones and cookies for ice cream, children's cookies, and functional products such as protein cookies and breakfast foods. The company invested $3 million in its own production facility with 50 jobs at the end of 2021. In addition to Ukraine, it supplies Poland, Lithuania, and Israel. According to co-owner Oleksandr Kobetyak, revenue is growing by 50% annually thanks to new sales channels, developments, and entry into international markets. In February 2025, it launched collagen products in the US, where it is testing functional foods. Its strategy focuses on countries with minimal seasonality and favorable logistics. It has exclusive distributors in Poland and Israel and is preparing to launch in Latvia, Estonia, and Oman.
